1largeGreen Bell Pepper, diced
1stalkCelery, finely diced
28-ouncesOrganic Tomato Sauce
2-15-ounceCans of Stewed Tomatoes, diceddo not drain
2-15-ounceCans Red Kidney Beansdo not drain
2-15-ounceCans Pinto Beansdo not drain
1tablespoonCumin powderor to own taste
Season the ground beef liberally with Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper. Place a large Dutch oven on medium heat, add the seasoned ground beef. Brown the beef until no longer pink. Drain the ground beef.
Place the drained ground beef back in the Dutch Oven, reduce heat to low, add all the ingredients listed, except for the Optional toppings, Cook on low heat 60 minutes stirring occasionally to prevent sticking
Ladle Chili in a bowl and top with favorite toppings if desired.
