Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
  • cups Flour sifted
  • teaspoons Baking soda
  • teaspoons Baking Powder
  • cups Unsalted butter
  • cups Brown sugar
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Pure vanilla extract
  • 1-11.5- ounce Bag semi-sweet chocolate chips, your brand
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix to combine and set aside. Then cream butter, brown sugar, and white sugar together until blended.

  3. Add beaten eggs, mix thoroughly to incorporate. Add the vanilla. Place the mixer on the low-speed setting, and add in dry ingredients. Mix until just combined. Do not over mix dough. Stir in chocolate chips by hand.

  4. Place on a lined cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 13-16 minutes.
