Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon Extra-Virgin Olive Oil to saute
  • 2 tablespoons Minced Vidalia Onions
  • 3 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 pint Fresh Blackberries
  • cup Quality Balsamic Vinegar
  • tablespoons Organic Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped Fresh Mint
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped Fresh Basil
  • teaspoon Chopped Fresh Tarragon
  • ¼ teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • ½ cup Extra-Virgin Olive oil
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper, optional
Instructions
  1. In a medium skillet, heat the 1 tablespoon of authentic extra virgin olive oil over medium heat. When the authentic olive oil has become hot, add minced Vidalia onions and the minced garlic, stir for 45 seconds.

  2. Add the blackberries and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add balsamic vinegar and stir in, cooking for about 45 seconds to 1 minute.

  3. Transfer to a blender, adding in pure honey, fresh chopped mint, tarragon, and freshly chopped basil leaves. blend until smooth. Add kosher salt and fresh ground pepper. Slowly add  1/2 cup of authentic extra virgin olive oil, blending ingredients together until smooth.
