One of my favorite things to do is use a quality crusty yet super soft artesian roll and pile it high with delicious Cajun seasoned white turkey breast meat, sage stuffing, cranberries, and yes a few mashed potatoes, a splash of homemade turkey gravy, and maybe some cheese. So darn good!

Freshly Baked Artisan Rolls
12ouncesLeftover Cajun seasoned turkey breast or meat
1 1/2cupsLeftover Homemade Sage stuffing
1cupLeftover Mashed potatoes
3/4cupLeftover Whole cranberry sauce or cranberry sauce
Goats cheese or your favorite cheeseoptional
Leftover Homemade turkey gravyoptional
Toast or heat the Artisan Rolls until golden brown on 350 degrees or 400 degrees F
Split the rolls add lettuce, pile high turkey, sage stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberries, cheese, and homemade turkey gravy.
