One of my favorite things to do is use a quality crusty yet super soft artesian roll and pile it high with delicious Cajun seasoned white turkey breast meat, sage stuffing, cranberries, and yes a few mashed potatoes, a splash of homemade turkey gravy, and maybe some cheese. So darn good!

  • Freshly Baked Artisan Rolls
  • 12 ounces Leftover Cajun seasoned turkey breast or meat
  • 1 1/2 cups Leftover Homemade Sage stuffing
  • 1 cup Leftover Mashed potatoes
  • 3/4 cup Leftover Whole cranberry sauce or cranberry sauce
  • Goats cheese or your favorite cheese optional
  • Leftover Homemade turkey gravy optional
  • Lettuce optional
  1. Toast or heat the Artisan Rolls until golden brown on 350 degrees or 400 degrees F
  2. Split the rolls add lettuce, pile high turkey, sage stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberries, cheese, and homemade turkey gravy.
  3. Enjoy!
