GMO-Free and Organic One-Skillet Kielbasa, Green Beans & Potatoes is shamelessly simple and easy to make it’s almost ridiculous.
Green Beans, Potatoes, Smoked Kielbasa
2poundssmoked organic Polish kielbasasliced
1candiced organic tomatoes with chilies
1cupfrozen organic green beans
1cuporganic corn kernels fresh or organic frozennon-GMO verified
1teaspoonCajun seasoning+ more if desired
kosher saltto own taste
freshly ground pepperto own taste
On burner set to medium heat place cast iron skillet or metal skillet to heat for a few moments, add sliced smoked Polish Kielbasa to the pan and let cook for about 1-2 minutes before adding other ingredients.
Add chopped onion to skillet, then add 1×1 sized pieces of potatoes to pan turning in the light oil that renders from Smoked Kielbasa, add 1 can of organic diced tomatoes with chiles, reduce heat to simmer.
Add 1 cup of frozen organic 1 cup of organic frozen corn to cast iron skillet, 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning, kosher salt, and pepper to taste.
Place a lid on cast iron skillet ( if you do not have a matching lid use one from another skillet or stock pot) cook on low for 15-20 minutes or till potatoes are done to taste.
