  • 2 pounds Lean ground beef
  • Seasoned Salt to own taste
  • Garlic powder to own taste
  • Freshly ground black peppercorns to own taste
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 12 slices Thick Sliced Hardwood Smoked Bacon cooked until crisp
  • 8 slices White American Cheese
  • 2 or 3 Ripe tomatoes sliced
  • 1 medium Red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 head Romaine lettuce leaves washed
  • Kosher baby dill pickles
  • Mustard optional
  • Ketchup optional
  • Mayo optional
  • Pepperidge Farm® Hamburger Buns
  1. Mix ground lean beef, seasoned salt, garlic powder, freshly ground black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce in large bowl. Shape into 8 patties.
  2. Broil or grill over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through or an internal temperature of 160°F. 
  3. Toast Pepperidge Farm® Hamburger Buns on the grill, open-side down, about 30 seconds.
  4. Serve burgers on toasted rolls with desired toppings and condiments.
