Ingredients
  • 4 Garlic cloves pressed
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Fresh dill weed
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh tarragon
  • 4-5 whole Basil leaves
  • cup Chopped fresh chives
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • cup Sour cream
  • cup Dukes mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
  • ¾ teaspoon Hot sauce
  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
  • pinch Sugar optional
  • ½ teaspoon Kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Freshly ground pepper
Instructions
  1. Place 4 pressed (minced) garlic cloves, fresh parsley, dill weed, tarragon, basil leaves, and chopped chives in a large food processor- pulse 20 seconds or till all herbs are finely chopped.

  2. Add buttermilk, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, a pinch of sugar, kosher salt and fresh ground pepper.- a process on low 45 seconds

  3. Place in an airtight container and refrigerate at least a few hours before serving. I prefer to wait overnight before serving.
