Ingredients
  • 16 Ounces Lump crab meat or imitation chopped
  • 2 cups Deli sweet coleslaw
  • 3 tablespoons Dukes Mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Sweet pickle relish
  • 3 Spring onions sliced
  • ½ cup Celery thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Shredded carrots
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • Seasoned salt to own taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to own taste
Instructions
  1. In a glass bowl combine chopped crab meat, deli coleslaw, mayo, sweet pickle relish, sliced spring onions, shredded carrots, chopped parsley, and season to own taste with Seasoned salt and fresh ground pepper.
  2. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving.
