Crab, Crab Salad, Lump Crab
16OuncesLump crab meat or imitation chopped
2cupsDeli sweet coleslaw
2teaspoonsSweet pickle relish
3Spring onions sliced
Seasoned salt to own taste
Freshly ground black pepperto own taste
In a glass bowl combine chopped crab meat, deli coleslaw, mayo, sweet pickle relish, sliced spring onions, shredded carrots, chopped parsley, and season to own taste with Seasoned salt and fresh ground pepper.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving.
Lump crab meat or intimation may be used in the recipe.
Serve on a bed of lettuce or on crackers.
Refrigerate uneaten portion in a container.
