Hi, I’m Heidy L. McCallum, the Writer and Recipe Developer of The McCallum’s Shamrock Patch Blog. I have a long history of working with some of the most established brands and companies towards foodies and folks who enjoy cooking. I’m proud of the many brands that have worked with me and continue to work with me.
Established in 2013, The McCallum’s Shamrock Patch Blog steadily shares a variety of Iconic Southern favorites, delicious Comfort foods, as well as Cherished Italian family recipes handed down by my Great Grandmother Alessandrina and Grandmother Josephine.
I love rocking The Social Media scene and can be found on Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Instagram, fridgg.com, Yummly, and more, sharing my blog’s last news, recipes, reviews, and sponsored posts daily with my awesome followers and fans of The McCallum’s Shamrock Patch Blog. Below are my updated stats on Social Media. I have enjoyed collaborating with several well-known brands developing original recipes, product reviews, and Freelance Food Writing. I have also been featured on several brand-name websites such as Slap Ya Mama and others displaying my original recipes and food photography.
My Work has been proudly featured on BuzzFeed, Msn.Com, Southern Living, and Louisiana Cooking, to name a few of the places you can find my original content displayed. Here are a few examples of recent sponsored posts that I have done to date.
After taking a few months off to work on the blog and update the backend of some of our favorite recipes, I decided to take an incredible Campaign with Montchevre Cheese, and if you enjoy Montchevre Goat Cheese, Heirloom vine-ripened tomatoes, Prosciutto, peppery Arugula, fresh basil, garlic, and warm balsamic I have an excellent recipe for you to check out. It’s so easy it’s ridiculous yet delicious.
This was a fun campaign for Pepperidge Farm® Slider Buns; if you love football, food, and a little Southern Traditional food, please drop by and check out my recipe for Easy Muffaletta Sliders made with Pepperidge Farm® buns. How can you go wrong with one of the most flavorful recipes the South has to offer? Made with layers of marinated olive salad, giardiniera relish, Genoa salami, Capicola Ham, Swiss cheese, provolone, and mortadella on Pepperidge Farm Slider Buns, then pressed to perfection on a Panini maker till the cheese is hot and gooey.
Campaign for the French Ministry of Area culture while back; but feel free to check out my post titled, French Wines, Cheeses, Salad, and Vegetable Tian Recipe. If you love celebrating Bastille Day, French Wine, Cheese, and Vegetable Tian recipes, you will enjoy this project. Be sure to let me know what you think or what you experienced in my comments section.
I’d love to chat with you and discuss how I can benefit your company or product. Unfortunately, I do not accept sponsored unpaid posts, gift cards, or merchandise only. Please feel free to contact me for a personal review of your brand and a free quote for my current fees.
Thanks for dropping by!
