Frequently asked questions

  1. Can I make pasta salad ahead of time?  If you’re making pasta salad way in advance, simply store the dressing separately and toss it 10 minutes before eating. This pasta salad can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days.
  2. Should you rinse pasta with cold water? The only time you should ever rinse your pasta is when it will be used in a cold dish like a pasta salad or when you are not going to use it immediately.
