Here is a cute idea for sending your guests home with a little love from your Holiday get-together: Grab a cute little gift box, place a dish towel in it instead of tissue paper, place your Holiday Chex Party Mix in a Ziploc Storage bag ( I used the Ziploc Limited Edition with easy open tabs since they are so darn cute and decorated for the Holidays.)
I just made your recipe. We have a peanut allergy, so I left all of that out and only used the Chex Mix snack mix. I wasn’t sure what it would taste like, so I cut everything in half. I put everything in a ziplock bag, microwaved it for one minute, took it out, mixed it, and then microwaved it for one additional minute. After the last mix, I poured everything out on a paper plate to cool. It’s now lovely and crispy. And outrageously delicious!!!! This stuff is so addicting!!!!!! I can’t stop eating it. Very lovely, thank you

Holiday Season Ziploc Bags are what I like to use because they are festive. We make chex mix each year and gift them to teachers and others using the containers. I love the recipes they have and this year I think I will make the red velvet chex party mix. That would be a great alternative to the cake. laborders2000@yahoo.com
