This simple FRESH Salsa is great for any occasion. It combines Hass Avocados , diced tomatoes , jalapeño , red onion , cilantro, garlic and lime juice . It’s great served on Tortilla chips or on chicken and fish.
Ingredients
- 2 cups diced Hass avocados
- 2 cups diced tomatoes
- 1 jalapeño pepper, minced
- 1/2 cup finely diced red onion
- 1/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Kosher Salt
- fresh ground pepper
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine garlic, lime juice, oil, salt and pepper Stir well and let sit . In a large glass bowl add diced avocados , tomatoes, minced jalapeño pepper , red onion , and fresh chopped cilantro. Add the reserved garlic, lime juice, and oil. Gently toss all ingredients to combine . Serve with Tortilla chips.

This is a great recipe and I like the use of Avocado. I don’t normally like avocado but I can eat this salsa all day long!
